OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
We are happy to accept returns. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SAINT HARDWICK gift card.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
UK RETURNS
Simply email us for the return address at info@sainthardwick.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item.
International Returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM(S)
If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 2 business days of delivery.
LOST PACKAGE?
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges.
